"There is something inside me that makes me paint the undocumented life of my people I feel like its my responsibility. It is like a life force that makes me do it. An image or an idea comes to me and I get this uncontrollable urge to paint it. I do not know why. Do I see life different? Is that why I have to paint these things? I don't know. So I just paint" The only thing I know is that I am a real life documentarian.”
