While providing the User with a technical capability of using the Website, the Website Administration shall not participate in forming the User’s Account contents and downloading the information by the User, shall not control the User’s actions, shall not automatically censor the information in the public sections of the Website, and shall not be responsible for the User’s actions or inactions, because the information system and software of the Website do not contain technical solutions enabling automatic censorship and activity control

The Administration shall bear no responsibility for possible failures and breaks in Site functioning, and loss of information caused by them. The Administration shall bear no responsibility for any damage to User’s computer, mobile devices, any other hardware or software caused by or related to the use of the Site or sites accessible via hyperlinks published at the Site.

The Website Administration shall not be responsible for any damage, including lost profit, or harm, caused by use of the Website, content or other materials, to which the User or other persons have got access through the Website, even if the Website Administration warned or pointed on the possibility of causing such harm or damage.

The Administration shall not be responsible for any damage which may be caused to the User, including the loss of data, blocking of the Account, the Content or cessation of functioning of some particular service or the Website in general.

The User is solely responsible for unlawful acts which are done through the use of the User Account, including for ensuring that the content posted by the User meets the requirements of the current legislation, including liability to third parties.

User is personally responsible for any information which User uploads to the Site or otherwise makes available on or through the Site. The User undertakes to independently resolve claims of third parties related to unlawful posting of information.

Hyperlinks to any site, product, service, any information of commercial or non-commercial nature, placed on this site, is not an approval or recommendation of these products (services) by the Administration. Administration shall not be liable for any damages caused to Users by clicking on such hyperlinks.
